I am a cookbook writer, editor, recipe developer and tester, and former line cook based in New York City. 

I'm working on quite a few projects including writing a book for Chronicle Books, set to be published in fall 2019. Books that have already been published include development and testing for Mark Bittman’s How to Bake Everything and the second edition of How to Cook Everything Vegetarian; recipe testing and project management for Kristen Miglore’s Genius Recipes; food styling assistant for Food52’s A New Way to Dinner, and a cookbook for Drive Change and its donors. Beyond books, I’ve cooked in the test kitchen at Food52, developed recipes for vegan meal-delivery kit company Purple Carrot, and written my own recipes, including one of Lucky Peach’s (RIP) Top 10 of 2016. My writing has appeared in Food52Men's Journal, and Eater. I also organized a pretty great conference in April 2018, The Food Writers' Workshop.
